High school teacher commenting on 16 year old students body?

So when I was in high school 16 years old one of my male teachers (early 30s) came up to me and said I have the same body type of his wife and my body looks very similar to hers. This comment did make me somewhat uncomfortable although I have seen a picture of his wife on his desk and she was very beautiful with a very nice body. It made me uncomfortable because it was such a unnecessary comment and weird thing to be looking at my body and notice something like that. Do you think this is a inappropriate or innocent comment to make to a student?
