So confused and need help

I’m 4 months post miscarriage with D&C. Long story short, I’ve never had a problem ovulating or getting pregnant, just staying pregnant. I was put on Clovis 50mg days 3-7 and had an US day 14 (Thursday)that showed 2 mature follicles so they gave me the trigger shot. This is my first month charting where I’m actually possibly ovulating (previous months I wasn’t because no period). How would you interpret this chart? Trying to stay positive because I know it’s early but following a loss, I want to be pregnant again so bad. Thanks in advance!
