My obgyn didn’t prescribe anything for PPD...

I saw my new obgyn today. My husband and I moved when the baby was just 3 weeks old. Everything was fine, so I wasn’t worried about leaving my old ob. But now (2 months PP) I feel like I’m struggling emotionally and could use some help... I explained this to my new obgyn but she didn’t seem concerned.

I guess I’m just shy about it and didn’t say anything to her when she was finishing our appointment. All she did was talk about my birth control prescription...

Does anyone have advice? I feel like I need help getting through this fog. 😔
