What would you do?

Hi all! 
So I found out last night that my husband has been calling me a psycho bitch.. my feels are incredibly hurt. I don’t want to rat out the person that told me, but I did make him aware that I know. He acts like it’s not a big deal at all. 
We have a lot of other issues as well, but this one dug deep. He even said I was faking being sick.. I was definitely not faking running a fever and getting sick 😫
Would would you guys do?? I’m so hurt and confused

Your husband disrespecting you, behind your back at that, is a huge red flag. Make it aware that this behavior is absolutely not ok. Sounds like you have a lot of work ahead of you, hope it goes well. No one should with someone who is emotionally abusive

Ooooohh.. this is a tough one... I would definitely start with communicating how you feel. Then I highly recommend marriage/ couples counseling, that way there's an impartial party to help you guys express your feelings in a safe environment. If he refuses to work on things and ignores your feelings then you are going to have to decide if this is something you are comfortable with or not. Of course I don't know what else is going on, so I'm just basing this off of him telling others that you are psycho and lying, which to me is disrespectful and something a husband should never do (neither should a wife). Are you able to forgive him for these things? Or did he cross a line that he won't be able to come back from? These are just a couple of the questions you will need to ask yourself. For me, I would be extremely hurt if my husband said those things about me and it would be extremely difficult for him to regain my trust. However, someone else might not see it the same way as I do. I suggest really thinking about eveything he has done and all the issues you are having...then consider if they are fixable, if they are forgivable, and if they are forgettable. Once you figure that out, you'll be able to decide if your relationship is worth trying to salvage, or if it's time to cut your losses and move on. Good luck hun.
