Breastfeeding for one year
I’m about to hit the one year mark for breastfeeding. But ever since he started eating baby food and solids and drinks water, my supply has gone down and I understand that it happens. I went from pumping so much milk and getting clogged ducts from oversupply to only feeding on demand. I can pump 8-10oz if I don’t nurse him in the morning, but give him a bottle after lunch for his nap and one after dinner and bath, for him to sleep. I was wondering if that’s enough milk for a 1 year old (two 4oz bottles a day)? Would I need to increase my supply again as I started working?
