Any suggestions on how to increase my breast milk?

I only manage to pump 1-2 ounces both sides combined with 20 minutes of double pump.
My baby is 4.5 months, gaining weight great.
Some people just aren't responsive to pumping. Pump output is in no way indicative of your supply, baby is much more efficient at getting milk that a pump.
Try not to worry about it, or take low pump output to mean your supply is low.
If you're pumping just to build a stash, I pump right before I go to bed while my baby is down for the night. I have ove 100oz in the freezer but its taken like two months to build it up lol

Anywhere from 3 oz to twelve depending on when I pump. (I have a Spectra 1 double breast pump)
