Concerned

A couple weeks ago my 2 year old daughter was watching a YouTube video on a phone while she was standing. All of a sudden she just fell forward without trying to catch herself or anything. Just straight forward. Both me and my sister watched her expecting her to put her foot out or drop the phone but she just fell straight into the phone and started crying.

Today my daughter was eating chocolate beside the bed when all of a sudden I hear her fall and when I go to pick her up she's lying on her side, still holding the chocolate with both hands and crying.

I will be calling her pediatrician Monday morning, but is this something I should be concerned about? It just doesn't seem normal.
