My tits HURT

So for about the last week my boobs have hurt SO. BAD. Like no matter what- bra/no bra, laying down standing up touching them anything hurts. I can hardly even hug my fiancé the pressure hurts so bad. I also get like this burning sensation around my nipples at times. My ovulation day is supposed to be today according to this app, could that be why? It's honestly getting to be quite irritating at this point. Any thoughts!?
