Do you regret getting an abortion

I’m asking, because I’m scared& I just want opinions of those who have gotten one.

I don’t regret it at all. I had one in 2017.  It was the best thing I could have done for myself given the situation.

I had an abortion 5.5 years ago. It was the hardest thing I’ve had to do in my life thus far. I was sad, angry, upset. I grieve for nearly a year. 
I never once regretted it. Grief and regret are two different things that can feel quite similar in the moment. An abortion is a loss even when you’re confident in the decision. So grief is necessary. 
I’m 32 now. Still no regret. I am thankful everyday that I got to keep living my life and achieving my goals. I might have a kid in a year or two. If I do, I will be able to give this kid a great life, in part, because I did not have a child before my life and I were ready. 
My abortion means I will have the ability to be a good parent one day because I choose to be, not because I felt like I had to remain pregnant simply because it happened.

I did not regret it then and I do not regret it now. It’s been many years and I’m okay with my decision to terminate my pregnancy. I was in my early 20’s and my partner and I were not ready, at all. I don’t regret it at all.
