Is something wrong??

So I’ve had the skyla (3yr) IUD for about 2 1/2 years and recently I’ve been having really intense almost unbearable cramps everyday. Idk if it’s just from my IUD getting old or if it could be something else. My doctor is no help, I’ve always struggled with painful sex and irregular periods (which is why I have the IUD) she has told me that I have Intersitial Cystitis and Endometriosis which I later found out I do not, then another doctor told me it could be a hormone imbalance. I’ve been taking progesterone to help with pain and it worked well for a while and now the cramps are getting to be frequent and unbearable. What is wrong with me??
