17 and 200lbs please help
I used to be around 163lbs about a year ago. And after I moved to hell (the place I live now is literally hell) I started to gain weight. When I was 163 I think I was eating like 2 meals a day and working out everyday in school. I would like to take a class to work out but they don't have any gym classes for upperclassmen or sports at my school. So I have tried to work out at home but I don't have any energy to do so. I start a diet for like 2 days and then quit. Workout for 10 minutes than quit. I just have no idea how to loose weight or even where to start.
Please help me this is really frustrating I don't want to be this big anymore. I don't even know what a healthy weight is for me. Uggghhhh.
Just please someone help.
