missed period on liletta, should i be worried?

so ive had the liletta iud (which according to my doctor is the same as the mirena) for 4 and a half months now, and according to eve my period is 15 days late, although it may be less than that bc eve wouldn’t let me log my period last month when it was also late by about a week. i know this type of iud can cause your period to lessen and even disappear, but would it happen this fast? i had a pretty light period before going on the iud. also while i haven’t had my period i’ve had the symptoms at the normal time like super emotional, acne, etc, and mild cramping which has happened on and off for the past two weeks (not that unusual bc i cramped on my last iud through the month as well). has anyone had a similar experience? and should i be worried and test for pregnancy or trust my iud? pls help i’m freaking myself out probably for no reason
