Please help. I need an educated answer.

So I’m 21 weeks pregnant, and my husband and I haven’t had sex since I found out I was pregnant. I had a Pap smear done when I was about 3 months pregnant and it all came back negative. Prior to that when I was on birth control (started when I was 16, I’m now 22) and had a Pap smear every year. I have no diseases nothing like that, I never have. Next part is a little graphic...anyways I put my hand down his pants and I felt something on the shaft of his penis. To me it looks like genital warts. I haven’t said anything but I immediately washed my hands but now I’m terrified that washing my hands wasn’t enough and if I touch any of my skin I’m going to get it. Is it possible?! How do I disinfect myself if so?!

Obviously that means he’s had relations with someone else right?!
