I need some advice,

My partner and I have been together for 2 years,

We have a 4 month old baby, before i was pregnant he would get angry at me for small little things, when i was pregnant things got extremely bad. I stuck around and after our daughter was born things were somewhat ok but hed still get angry and yell at me for no reason once our daughter was about 3months he changed and has been lovely, as he told me he wants a happier better family.

But tonight i got the old side back, i understand people can just get frustrated sometimes, have bad days and take it put on the person closest.

Iv been told to try going to him and trying to just be nice instead of biting back but i cant, i cant even fight back these days i just cry bcuz when you get yelled at and said nasty things to you by someone who SAYS THEY LOVE YOU, how can you stay calm!

Can anyone give me some advice on what to do?

Like i said it has not been like this for awhile, but im just looking for sone advice,
