Please help!!

I am a sexually active 18 year old, lately I’d been having a lot of intercourse, at least once a day for the past week. One of the times I didn’t pee right after sex because I fell asleep and now I’m thinking I may have gotten bacteria because I feel tiny amounts of liquid come out of my urethra, without feeling the need to have to pee. I’ve had about two accidents already, it’s only a small amount, I don’t feel it when it has to come, and it doesn’t burn when it does.... please help? Should I go to a doctor??
