A dip is not a consistent indicator of ovulation. You don’t have to see a dip for it to be ovulation. 
The only thing that indicates ovulation is sustained temp rise.

I’d be putting ovulation on CD19 when you had that ewcm and then a temp rise the next day.

I agree cd19.. Try Fertility Friend for charting. Glow is rarely accurate with its guess on ovulation. You want 3 higher temps from previous 6 and between that and CM I'd say cd19
