Trickling Feeling

Has anyone had a trickling feeling regardless of if they just went pee or not? It's hard to describe but I'll empty my bladder and go about my day like.normal and feel a trickle of something shortly after I go pee. I cant tell the color because my pad just soaks it up but it doesn't seem like I'm peeing myself. I went in to L&D for a false alarm leaking water and it's an hour drive so I don't really want to go out again if it's nothing. My discharge has picked up a lot though so I dont know if it's discharge or what. Just looking to see what experiences anyone else has had. The nurse at my doctors office suggests getting checked to be safe especially because I'm GBS positive.
