Drinking during TWW

I have been drinking during my TWW. My husband and I had a wedding this past weekend. I had a few drinks. Then a couple more yesterday during a day at the pool. I told myself I wasn’t going to drink, but did anyway. My husband keeps saying to just relax and live a little. We have been trying for 18mo. I had a miscarriage back in February at 6wks. I think I have just given up hope and that’s why I haven’t been strict with no drinking. People say “drink til it’s pink” but I still feel so guilty!
