Going out!

At what age was your LO when you left them with someone to have done you time? An how hard was it? I’ve been single since I was 7 weeks pregnant and the father isn’t around to help at all but I’ve been feeling a bit down and wanting to go out and do something for me like get a massage or my nails done but that would mean leaving my daughter with my mum and I feel guilty about that so can’t ask
