Okay ladies I need some tips and tricks!

I have a 4 month old and went back to work today as a full time nanny for a girl I was with before I gave birth. She’s 16 months old but I’ve been with her since she was a few months old.

Today was SO hard. They were both so jealous and crying whenever I was giving attention or taking care of the other. It made it very difficult to feed my 4 month old and also difficult to put them down for naps. I know they will eventually get over the jealousy but I really need advice on how to get nap times to be smoother and overall my days to be smoother with very jealous little ones!

I should also mention that they interacted very well together. It was more of their behavior otherwise.
