Flat head ?

Is her flat head super bad? Or is it slight? 
Any other moms experiencing flat head right now? What are you doing differently? I’m so stressed out I feel like it’s never going to go away 😭😭😭

I don’t know how bad that is but my baby was getting flat on one side and it’s gotten so much better... we literally did tummy time ALL THE TIME.. when I lay her down for naps it’s on her tummy, when we cuddle I lay her on her tummy on my chest. She also loves playing in a bouncer and being held to stand on her legs which helps too!

My daughter is getting a helmet in 2 weeks. It's hard to say how bad it is. The specialist took measurements and does ratios and then it's graded for severity. I wasn't that concerned with the back of her head but it started to affect the front as well (apparently as it shifts in the back it can start to affect the front and then the ears). I hate to put her in a helmet but that's her face for the rest of her life.

have you spoken to her pedi? my LO’s head is similar and she said his was “mild” and didn’t warrant a helmet 🤷🏻‍♀️

I know its suggested to not put an objects in bed with our babies because of SIDS or whatever. But I just purchased this pillow off Amazon last night. It has a ton of great reviews on improving flat head on babies. 
I am not concerned with the risk of sids with it for the fact its breathable mesh plus at 4-5 months my little one can turn her head easily and roll side to side if needed. 
Anyways, my daughter feels like she has a small flat spot so I purchased it and I am going to give it a go.

I started rubbing my babies head in soft circular motions. Idk if it helped but it helped me mentally to feel like I was actively doing something. I also bought him a flat head pillow to use in his carseat, stroller, and when he is playing under his activity thing. and I turn his head while he's sleeping. I started when he was 3 months and he's 4.5 and I literally can barellyyyyy see the flat spot now. His was on his left side. And lots and lots of tummy time, which it looks like she's doing 😊
