Low cramps kinda feels like i have to poop. sharp. But no poop no gas.. 36 weeks. A few times per hr

My dr told me this is the point where braxton hicks are gonna start getting more frequent and intense. I def feel like I have to poop while having one. They are not fun at all

Sounds like Braxton hicks :) just keep an eye on them if they get closer together and stronger. When I went into labour mine started like light menstrual cramps and got progressively worse. I could tell they were contractions.
