No signs of incoming labour... stories/experiences?

Question

Anyone have stories of how they had no signs or symptoms of labour and then BAM! it happened?
FTM...39w...baby still high up (and very large as I'm tall) and absolutely no signs of incoming labour so getting nervous (like I'm on track for a 10lb baby so I'd rather this not go on for much longer...)
But getting discouraged!

I was never dilated at any appointment. Never lost my pIug. Water didnt break, and I showed absolutely no signs of labor. Then BOOM, I woke up a day before the due date and I was having contractions. I had a 40 week appointment that day anyway, so I went in and I was only 1 cm. I walked and waited, and I finally started progressing that afternoon. I had my son at 1am on his due date. 
It really can sort of start out of nowhere.

At 39 weeks I went in for what was supposed to be my last doctors appointment before my due date. My doctor said there was nothing going on and we decided to schedule me to be induced on my due date (baby was measuring too big). Appointment was on Friday, my due date was the next Thursday.  I went into labor Sunday night and had my son Monday afternoon. My doctor was shocked to see me in the Hosptial.
Check out pressure point SP6.  I’m 💯 positive that it is what put me into labor.... my husband was putting pressure on it Sunday afternoon/night and I started having contractions a few hours later.

With my first pregnancy I went to 41 weeks exactly. The day before I felt completely fine, I wasn’t uncomfortable or anything until I went to bed that night. I started to feel slightly uncomfortable i think it was more of the when you you coming, I’m ready to hold you kind of thing. I woke up the next day feeling perfect fine. As time progresses my stomach started tightening a lot ( at the time I didn’t know they were contractions) and honestly didn’t hurt that bad. 
I was laying in bed and had to go to the bathroom. When I was done taking care of business I started to pull up my pants and all of a sudden I was soaking wet. ( my water had broke). 
My second was very similar to the first I didn’t have contractions until my water broke. I literally had no idea it was coming.

I make it all the way to 41wks with no effacement or dilation.went out to eat the night before my scheduled induction,felt really crappy but nothing alarming of labor.just baby turning her head continuously.woke up that morning to pee and I guess I was pissing out my “water” sorry tmi went to L&D and was 3cm dilated and fully effaced.something just happen unexpectedly and when baby/your body is ready too.i was projected to deliver and 8.5 baby but she came out 7.5
