Child support

I currently have my daughters dad on child support since march court order was for her to stay 1st 3rd and 5th weekend with him .... But also court order was for him not to pay me nothing due to him having ssi (disability check) ... Now im currently pregnant (not by him) and i have stopped working and which my bf has bought her everything and my daughter dad is now currently working getting paid cash , i have prove where he said he cant pick her up due to him getting out late from work . what do yall recommend ? Should i open up the case again ? Keep in mind everytime she comes back with her dad she comes back with starches on her face or a rash on upper body only. I also have took pictures . i need advice . i dont want her going over .
