Once you noticed first signs of your LO teething; how long after that did the first tooth cut through?

I personally misread teething “signs” multiple times before my daughter actually started teething. I thought every time I saw tooth buds in her gums or she drooled tons that teething was imminent, but that all started at 2-3 months and she didn’t get her first tooth til 9 months. The actual teething process only took a few days but she faked me out several times beforehand. When she actually teethed she wasn’t affected by it and did not drool more than normal nor was she grumpier than usual. They teeth seemingly came out of nowhere and she now has 16 teeth and it’s been the same for all of them.

My lo didn’t get his first tooth till he was 1 and after that they all came in within months time. He’s almost 2 and has all his teeth but the secondary molars.

My son never had teething signs. He did all the developmentally appropriate things like chew on everything and drool but he was never miserable or red-cheeked or any of the stuff I read about. His first tooth came in around 6 months.
