HCG levels

So I went to the doctors yesterday I had blood work done and a ultrasound. I’m 4 w 5d and all we could see on the ultrasound was a little tiny black dot on the screen and the tech said I’m just too early to see anything and my HCG levels came back at 302 .. is this all normal? I know I’m super early but I have bad anxiety and need reassurance.
