Ive always been good about birth control and everything. This was the first time I’ve ever taken plan B and even though I read the entire thing and even googled, I’m still a bit confused.

My husband and I had unprotected sex 3 days ago and that’s when I took plan B. Last night we got extremely drunk at a party and some point in the middle of the night, we had sex again. Neither of us remember it, but I knew it happened when I woke up. Unfortunately, I’m ovulating today.

Yeah yeah, we were irresponsible I know. We won’t be mad if I get pregnant but I do want to wait a little longer. We’ve always used condoms, and will continue to do so.. and no more drinking lol.

But what I’m confused on, is if plan B works to stop you from ovulating, how long does it stop it? For the entire month? Should I take another or would it be pointless considering I’m ovulating today?

If it stops ovulation then I should be safe right?
