should i break up with him

so i’m dating this guy we have been together for 7 months and we’re young so kinda a big deal.

basically a while back he kissed a girl for a dare then he tells me that he has feelings for the girl he kissed. he broke up with me but we got back together with in a day it was literally 22 hours.

another girl a different one tried to take him from me, and i broke up with him because i literally was so over whelmed i just said that i needed a break

obviously we got back together but now i hear that he’s showing my nudes to other guys and lying to me about who he’s with. what should i do? i love this boy with all of me heart we’ve talked about the futures want for eachother. He even got me a promise ring. i love him so much i can’t explain how much he means to me
