Trigger, miscarriage did baby pass?

I had a 5 week miscarriage on my birthday last Thursday. Since I’ve been extremely sick. 104 fever, chills, throwing up, body aches and pain, headache, my stomach is tender to touch and I have a horrid smell coming from down there. The bleeding is awful and getting worse. Usually my periods are only 4-5 days. Tonight I passed this. Is this it? Because I’ve been worried about an infection....
