Help ladies ! My baby is fussy for no reason

Dear mommies please help !

My daughter will be 3 weeks this Friday and the last two days she’s been waking up around 11 to 3 am just to scream and cry for at least 3 hours non stop for no reason when I took her to the emergency care they said she’s fine and it’s colic and gave her some drops to be swallowed which doesn’t seem to be helping and mornings she’s been waking up every 10 minutes from her naps I need to be beside her the whole time I really don’t understand what this is all of a sudden she’s been the perfect baby sleeping at a stretch of 3 to 4 hours until this started happening two days back . Anybody experienced anything similar ? Please help
