Losing weight??
So since I’ve found out I was pregnant I have lost close to 11 pounds. I was alittle over weight before and was hoping that during pregnancy I would lose healthy weight like in my thighs and arms but does this sound healthy?? I’m 12 weeks and I eat when ever I am hungry (I actually eat quite a bit more than before I got pregnant) and I also workout every night (pregnancy workouts & I was also active before I got pregnant) baby is measuring good and very healthy and my belly seems to have started to grow little by little and I continue to lose weight! I’m going to ask my doctor tomorrow at my appointment but I just wanted alittle pre clarification has this happened to anyone??
