Breastfeeding after c-section?

Anyone ever have trouble breastfeeding after a c-section or is it still okay??
I guess I also worry with all the pain meds you take after how it might affect the baby, no?

Ya it was fine, its uncomfortable to use the boppy or anything leaning on your tummy. By the time your meds ate done your milk takes time to come in. I took pain meds for 3 days and my milk took 3 days to come in

We successfully breastfed following c section no problem! 14 months and still going :) the pain meds they give are fine for breastfeeding, so no worries!
