Depressed

TTC but since July when I lost an ectopic pregnancy at 7 weeks I have had a period ,...can I be going thru early menopause doctors aren't really telling me anything ...can something had gone wrong with the procedure ,...I've taken multiple test all negative but from time to time I feel weird movement in my belly especially when in relaxed in bed .....don't know what to think anymore .....feeling incomplete
