Does sex after a DC hurt ?

I had my dc 4 days ago after a silent miscarriage at 11 weeks. Baby stopped growing at 9 weeks. Will sex hurt ? What can I expect ? When did you resume sex? My doctor said I can resume normal activities immediately.
