Pregnancy after loss

I am 4 weeks 2 days today. I just found out last week that im expecting after a miscarriage 2 years ago. I had my first appointment with my doctor yesterday. I'm not sure if anyone else feels this way but after every time I go the bathroom and wipe and don't see blood, i consider it a victory and have to celebrate a little. I'm so nervous but trying to keep it in check so I don't stress too much. Just trying to take it day by day and celebrate this little miracle. ❤
