Weird feeling on stomach

Okay so bare with me whilst I try to explain this cause I can’t even explain it in person without sounding stupid lol

I’m 19 weeks pregnant and I keep getting this weird and sometimes painful feeling underneath both my breasts near my ribs.

It’s almost like a fuzzy/numb feeling and the.mn sometimes feels like a stitch. One of the OB’s at the hospital said it might be skin stretching and not to worry unless it hurts... sometimes it can be so uncomfortable that it does hurt. Does anyone else get this? Or atleast know what I mean lol?
