Burning vagina

I have been sexually active and last week I noticed that I was discharging a lot then before and it was a color of brownish/yellowish and had a bad smell to it... now my vagina has been feeling a burning sensation when I pee and wipe and it’s just so uncomfortable. My vagina burns when I pee and I constantly have to pee a lot now. I don’t have a UTI because I recently went to go get checked so I have to wait for results later on during the week. Does anyone know what this might be??? I’m freaking out because i have no idea what i have if this is a STD or what 😩
