My wife and I inseminated with frozen sperm at home around 11pm on CD20 and again on CD21, same time. I got my first peak OPK (clearblue advanced) with FMU around 8am on CD20. Below is my chart. This is my first month tracking BBT. I have pretty irregular cycles not due to any confirmed fertility issues. Cycles have ranged from 25 days to as long as 58 days since December 2018. Based off the chart, does it look like I definitely ovulated and also, does it seem like CD20 and CD21 were good timing with frozen sperm.

Additional details-

-Dont mind CD14 temp.. I had alcohol the night before which is probably why my temp was higher that morning

-I’ve been taking 2 conception prenatal vitamins a day for a little over a month

-I used pre seed 15 minutes before insemination. We used the Stork OTC cervical cup to inseminate and I left it in as I slept
