My sons behind with communication, I try and try to teach him things but he mostly just looks at me and laughs, he thinks I’m hilarious. I can get him to point to his nose when I say nose but only after I show him and repeat it a whole bunch, and then the next day he’s completely forgotten it. He only says probably 5 or so words, and they’re not even pronounced correctly, and he’s 2. He’ll say dada and mama right, but when he says “Kitty” it sounds mostly like “keeee” we know he’s saying kitty because he only does it to the cats, and one of them is named Cheese and he’ll say “eees” for that cat. He says stop but it’s more like “op”. He’s supposed to going for testing and speech therapy soon but I’m just wondering what activities you guys could suggest to help.
