Am I pregnant?

alright so around the end of June I had unprotected sex with my now ex boyfriend, I missed my period in July. I was supposed to get it around July 2nd and I never got it. During July I didn’t really have a lot of “pregnancy symptoms” but a couple times I had some light cramping, nothing serious. I took a couple tests but they were all negative. About maybe, July 20th until the 23rd I had what I thought was my period. It was lighter and shorter than usual but it still seemed like a period. Now it’s August 8th and no period, I am having very intense lower abdominal pain on my left side, my nipples are very sensitive, and I have a milky white discharge. No smell to it, just milky like creamy white. Are these signs of pregnancy? Should I take a test?
