Very Negative Family

I love my family a lot, they are very generous and very awesome people. But sometimes it can be so draining to be around them. All they do is talk so much crap about everyone they know including my SO.

I am guilty of going along with the conversation and adding to it, but I don't want to anymore. I don't want to talk about everyone's business and flaws and bad qualities anymore and I just want to have healthy conversation...

What do I do?
