Anyone?

So back story. I got sick around the 31st/1st it was just a regular cold/flu well on the 1st I got this random very nauseated feeling that lasted a couple of hours. I haven’t been able to fully kick the cold I’m still congested but I keep randomly getting nauseated (it’s not an everyday thing) I also keep getting headaches that medicine doesn’t really help anymore. My ovulation was 24-30 peak ovulation was the 29th is what the app says. Af says it’ll be about 4 days ( I have irregular cycles) could this be early symptoms? When should I test? Also we had sex around the 24th using the withdrawal method ( I know not 100%) not trying not preventing
