How to increase milk supply??

My baby boy is 19 weeks old and I had an abundance of milk!! Never ending. But all the sudden, within the last few days it’s dropped drastically and he’s not getting full. I have reserved in the freezer for now. 
I can’t even pump enough when I was pumping almost 10-12oz in a 7min span. What can increase my supply back up??

Are you exclusively pumping?

I see you mention the pill, did they give you a regular birth control pill, or the mini pill?

Everyone is different. When mine dipped... it was for good. Unfortunately. Supplements only worked for a few weeks then it went back down. Power pumping only hurt my nippes. The most commonly understated answer is hydration and rest. Buy pedialyte if you have to... that's what I had to do. Drinks with electrolytes already in them, not just plain water. Pumping or nursing in bursts and as much skin to skin as possible are 2nd most underrated answers in my opinion. Latch matters if your nursing and flange size matters if you're pumping.
