Does my ultrasound look off?

The doctor and tech both said everything looked great, but I just think the head looks strange and does anyone know if it is just the ultrasound not getting a good clear angle or what? With my first born she was perfectly shaped and her head was round, and this baby looked the same when I was watching on the screen. So I’m thinking the tech just didn’t try to get better pictures and maybe it just isn’t a clear picture of the baby’s head...?

Anyone know more than me and can shed light?

I have an awesome doctor and trust my doctor, but I’m curious.
