I booked an apt with my doctor but I have no idea how this works . Do they refer me to get an ultrasound or do i book it myself ?! And when ?!

I’m in Toronto and the doctor gave me the referral for the ultrasound but told me not to schedule it until I’m 7 weeks, to ensure I can hear a heartbeat! I just call them and schedule the app!

I'm in ontario and your doctor will usually do all that and the ultrasound place will call u and book u an apt once your doctor has contacted them

With my first my doctor gave the referral and the earliest I could get was 10 weeks because we only have one ultrasound center here in Fort macmurray
