Breastmilk might be drying up
yesterday and today I have only be able to pump 15oz all day. I’m a little nervous that my milk supply might be drying out. This week I started taking fenugreek and the most milk I have been able to pump is 18oz. I usually pump 24oz or more in one day. Has anybody’s milk dried up and have you been able to get the milk back and increase it? Could it be the fenugreek pills they Im taking be causing this?
