Gift idea for baby’s godmomma??

I’m not sure where to post this!! I’d like to get a meaningful gift for my baby’s godmomma, who will also be with me when he’s born (I’d like to give it to her either when I’m in labor or soon after he’s born). She’s been my best friend for 25 years and is unable to have kids of her own and has been by my side every step of this single-momma pregnancy. Her skin reacts to most jewelry so my initial ideas won’t work. I wondered if anyone has an outside the box gift idea, maybe less than $100 if possible? I’m just really out of ideas and would love some suggestions! Thank you!!
