Hemorrhoid removal

DO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MY 6 weeks CHECK UP TO GET MY HEMORRHOIDS LOOKED AT AND REMOVED OR CAN I GET IT NOW ? I’m 2 weeks postpartum. They are literally huggeeeeee ! They’re not going away I still had hemorrhoids from my first pregnancy which I had her almost 2 years ago. How do I set up an appt ? With my Gyne/ob gyn , dermatologists? Who ? And do insurance cover it? Or is it an out of pocket procedure
