White bumps?

Okay I know vaginal pimples are pretty common, I get them myself from time to time. But I’m experiencing a different kind this time. I thought it was just one bump but my bf looked and he said there’s like 3 or 4 white head looking things. It’s on the edge of my vagina, like the bottom of the hole where the taint starts. It hurts so bad I can barely wipe when I pee, sitting down hurts, and obviously sex is out of the question and we’re at the beach 😭😭

Someone please tell me what is happening and how to make it feel better.
