6 days postpartum and my baby boy is exclusively breastfed, but I pumped for the first time tonight because maybe down the road I'll wanna have someone give him a bottle so I can have time to myself. Also just because i hear breastmilk is good for a lot of things !

I got this much In 20 mins but feel like it's barely anything?

Thos is normal if it was after a feeding. I pump after feeding my daughter. Give it a few days to a week. Pumping after ever feeding will tell your body to make more. My daughter is 2 weeks old and after a feeding i pump for 30 min and get 6 to 8oz. But that total from both boobs. If its what you want to do keep it up and you will increase supply over time

That’s great! I see on here all the time women getting those amounts feeling bad about it. That is what you’re supposed to get. I wish women that were getting twice that and more would lead with the fact they are an over producer.

The average mom who is pumping between breastfeeding sessions can express between ONE and THREE oz per pumping session (not per breast, per session). 
And I wouldn't stress with pumping at the moment, you are about to hit a lot of clusterfeeding periods, baby does this to up your supply.
